Objectives of the Introductory Course

The introductory course is designed for beginners with little or no paragliding experience. Here's what we offer:

Introductory course programme

La Pratique

Introduction to equipment Familiarisation with flying equipment (glider, harness, helmet, etc.).

Inflating the sail Learn how to handle the glider on the ground, inflate it and control it.
Take-off and landing techniques Introduction to basic techniques for a safe take-off and landing.
Small thefts : Make your first flights under the direct supervision of your instructor.

The theory

Introduction to the theory of flight: Familiarisation with the basics (weather, regulations, etc.).

Briefing and debriefing Explanation of the exercises to be performed and analysis of performance.
Theoretical basis Introduction to the basic principles of flight, meteorology and safety
